Dawn Lichtenberg has over 27 years of healthcare experience at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. For the past 7 years, she has been the Administrative Manager for the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Johns Hopkins. As such, she manages a very busy academic and clinical practice of 8 surgeons with a staff of 20, an ambulatory care center, and the plastic surgery residency program with 17 residents. During her tenure at Johns Hopkins, she has also worked in General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and Transplant Surgery. Dawn has been a member of PSAA since 2004 and served as the Convention Chair for the 2007 meeting in Baltimore and Education Chair in Chicago in 2008.

Lisa Meder has been the Plastic Surgery Department Administrator at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee for the past five years. The practice has nine plastic surgeons and two psychologists and provides all aspects of plastic surgery including cosmetic, reconstructive, hand, and craniofacial surgery. Lisa has been a member of PSAA since 2005 and has a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from UW-Milwaukee.

Julie Bantam has a BA in Education from the University of Nebraska and a BA in Business Administration from Doane College. She was the Budget Analyst for two hospitals for eleven years and has been Manager of Operations for 16 years at Plastic Surgical Arts--- a three physician practice. She was Treasurer for two years, served as Convention Chair in 2003 and Education Chair in 2007.

Denise Bell is the office manager for Dr. Scott Aaronson in Palm Springs, California. She has been with his practice and surgery center for 11 years and in medical practices for 23 years. She has been an active member in PSAA since 1998.

Nancy is a Registered Nurse with 13 years of operating room experience. She started part-time in the practice of Dr. Stephen H. Kahler. In 2002 and in the fall of 2003 took over the full time position as practice manger. The practice currently has a staff of 10 employees, an ambulatory surgery center and will open a medical spa with satellite office in the fall of 2009. Nancy has been an active member of PSAA since 2003.

Peter Slattery is the Administrator for The Plastic Surgery Group in Albany, NY. He holds an MBA in Health Administration and has been an Administrator in medical group practices for 23 years. He has been in Plastic Surgery for 11 years and there are currently 8 surgeons in his reconstructive and cosmetic practice. Phyllis Chorazy is the Chief Operating Officer of the Austin-Weston Center for Cosmetic Surgery, located in Reston, Virginia. As COO, Phyllis manages a three physician cosmetic surgery practice with five operating rooms, 3 CRNA’s and 30 employees. Her responsibilities include interactions with lawyers, accountants, investment advisors, insurance agents, practice consultants as well as marketing and human relations. Prior to becoming COO, she owned her own financial planning practice specializing in business management and tax preparation.

Dawn Uritescu has over 18 years experience in healthcare with private practices. For the past 11 years she has been the Administrator for The Georgia Institute For Plastic Surgery. She runs a four physician group practice and ambulatory surgical center with a staff of 35. Prior to her working in plastic surgery she was with a multi-specialty Management Services Organization that managed 37 physicians. Dr. Peter B. Fodor is an international leader in the field of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is President of the Lipoplasty Society of North America (LSNA). He is widely published in peer reviewed plastic surgery journals and books, and co-edited the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery journal and co-authored the book Endoscopically-Assisted Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He lectures and teaches surgical techniques in the United States and abroad. He is in private practice in Los Angeles, with offices in Century City.

Dr. Richard Greco, specializes in facial, breast, and body, cosmetic surgery. Over the past 16 years, Dr. Greco has performed over 18,000 operations on both children and adults. He is known nationally for his writings in plastic surgery. He is past chairman of Public Education Committee. He is on the New Device and Technology Committee, Online Committee, Public Education Campaign Advisory Committee, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and is the Vice Chair of Public Education Committee. Dr. Greco is Board Certified in both General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has also earned a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Hand Surgery. Dr. Greco's current research is in Massive Liposuction and New Facelift Healing Techniques.
